SERHANT. Companiesthe educational wing of TIGHTENING.who manages the Sell it like Serhant educational ecosystem, announced on Wednesday its partnership with an online training provider on real estate regulations, The EC shop to launch the “Sell It Like Serhant Pre-Licensing Sales Accelerator”.
This is the first course offer developed on the recommendation of the SERHANT. Ventures Advisory Board, which was formed earlier this year. The board includes many prominent real estate figures, including Aaron Kirman, President of International Luxury Estates at CompassBob Lucindo, President and CEO of Global LucidoNancy Almodovar, President and CEO of NAN and company propertiesSharelle Rosado, Founder and CEO of Allure Realty and star of by Netflix Sell Tampa, Tim Hur, the managing broker of Point Honors and Associates, Real Estate Agents and 2022 National President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREA), as well as Million Dollar List New York Ryan Serhant himself.
“Sales is the greatest profession in the world, and we are committed to helping individuals realize their unlimited potential through mastery of selling. A key part of our mission is to ensure that aspiring agents are ready to succeed from the get-go,” Kyle Scott, president of SERHANT Ventures, said in a statement.
According to National Association of Realtors87% of agents leave the profession within the first five years, and many new agents cite lack of education as a major source of frustration.
Sell it as Serhant Pre-Licensing Sales Accelerator will offer The CE Shop’s pre-licensing program in 38 states, combined with the Course Sell it as Serhant “Real Estate Core”. The pre-licensing course will include access to a dedicated digital Sell It Like Serhant community for all pre-licensing students to network and ask real estate experts questions. There will also be monthly Q&A sessions with Ryan Serhant, guides, form and marketing templates, and a bi-weekly virtual workshop with industry experts.
The Sell It Like Serhant program and education network was founded in 2019. Today, the brokerage says it has nearly 12,000 agents in 110 counties. Course offerings include “Real Estate Core”, “Social Ads”, “How to Sell in a Low Inventory Market”, “How to Build Your Personal Brand”, and the recent “The Ultimate Website Course for Real Estate Agents”.
