The Zen-style house at the Dubai Hills estate, known as the Tree of Life villa for the sculptural trunks and branches installed around the house, sold for just over AED100 million (27, $ 2 million).
This is the third transaction in the emirate this year to exceed the nine-digit threshold, said brokerage firm Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, which handled the sale. The company did not provide an exact sale price and Mansion Global could not confirm the figure in Dubai land records.
The deal also marks one of the fastest sales of a property worth over AED100 million in Dubai, going from listing to transaction in less than a month, the brokerage said. .
